In some circumstances, you cannot export from a table or graph to XLSX format. Specifically, when you export from a table, Microsoft Excel opens with the contents of the SAS^® Logon Manager screen. When you export from a graph, you see the following error in your browser:

This problem occurs if both of the following conditions are true:

• The wrs.addReportNameToExport property is set to true.
• When you attempt to export, the display of Applied Filters is turned off.

To resolve this issue, you can take one of the following steps:

• Set the value of the wrs.addReportNameToExport property to false. For information about how to set this property, see Usage Note 46243: Including the report name and filter information when exporting data from a graph or table from SAS Web Report Studio to Microsoft Excel.
• Before exporting to XLSX, select File ► Properties, and then select the Display filter information option on the Formats tab. This task can be done by the report author so that filter information is displayed by default. This task can also be done by report viewers, although viewers cannot save this change.

To avoid this issue, you can export to XLS, CSV, or TSV instead of XLSX.
